WELDER GIRL SHIPPING POLICIES
* Orders typically ship in 2-4 business days. You will be notified of any delays. Each plant holder is hand fabricated, and powder coated in clear or to your color choice.
* Orders ship Monday-Friday by 5pm PST via USPS Priority & First Class Mail.
* Plant holders can be shipped to any US state or any country around the world. Due to shipping regulations we ship air plants to all US states except Hawaii and Alaska, and not internationally.
*After ordering you will receive detailed shipping information letting you know when the shipment will be out for delivery. Plan on being ready to receive your package the day it arrives. We are not responsible for damage to plants from being left outside in extreme temperatures, either from freezing cold or from being inside a hot mailbox too long. If you are in extremely cold weather and are having plants shipped, please put that in your order notes and we will include a heat pack in the box.
*If your plants are severely damaged due to mishandling by the carrier, send us a photo of your plants within two days of package delivery, and we will refund the full price of the plants.
*When your plants arrive, soak them in water for 30 minutes to an hour. This will re-hydrate them after a few days of travel. Let them dry out upside down to ensure water does not stay in the plant base, and then place them in their plant holders.
